2. Information we receive
When you request contact, we receive the information you provide in the form: name, email, company, area of interest and message, along with your language and confirmation that you have read the policy and agree to contact about the request. We generate a reference number and record the submission date to organize follow-up. Provide only what is necessary; do not send health records, passwords or unnecessary personal information about others. The application does not save your IP address in the contact record. Hosting infrastructure may generate technical access logs, such as IP address, date, time and requested resource, to operate and secure the website.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We use form information to respond to your request, understand your company’s context and arrange a conversation or demonstration at your request, as preliminary steps toward a possible contract. Technical logs support website operation and security on the basis of legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Data may also be processed to meet legal obligations and establish or exercise rights. A contact request does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.
4. Processing and sharing
Your request is processed by the website server and may be forwarded to a private customer-contact integration when configured. Hosting and communication providers may process the information required to deliver those services, subject to instructions and access restrictions. We do not sell personal data. Information may be disclosed when needed to meet a legal obligation, comply with a competent authority’s order or exercise rights. External services reached through links have their own policies.
5. Retention
Contact requests are kept for up to 90 days from submission, unless ongoing negotiations, a contract, a legal obligation or the exercise of rights justify a different period. In those cases, processing is limited to the relevant purpose. Forwarding a request to a private integration does not change this rule: the integration operator must ensure the same retention period and the justified exceptions described in this policy. Technical logs are retained for the period needed for operation, security and applicable obligations. At the end of the relevant period, information is deleted or anonymized.
6. Preferences and tracking
This website does not use audience analytics tools, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. Your language preference may be saved locally in your browser to retain your choice.
